  • Rev. James C. Petrow

    Senior/Founding Pastor

    Pastor Jim became the founder and Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Family Church in Bangor, PA in 1989. In 1995 HOTRFC built its new facility at its new location in Bushkill Township. House on the Rock Family Church has expanded its facilities and property over the years and now also includes Seeds of Faith which is our pre-school. Pastor Jim also serves on the Apostolic team of Covenant Ministries International which includes over 1900 member churches world-wide. Pastor Jim has had the privilege of teaching and preaching in churches all over country, including teaching annually at the Faith International Training School which includes students, ministers and pastors from all over the world. He is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of four other churches.

    Pastor Jim’s vision and mission is to teach the Word of God in a practical, understandable way so that people can easily apply the principles of the Word of God to their everyday life. During his 30 years in ministry Pastor Jim has seen thousands saved, healed and matured through his ministry of the Word of God.


     

  • Russell M. Starks

    Youth Director

    Moving back to Pennsylvania in November 2015 from Virginia, Russell  has always viewed HOTRFC as his home church. Russell and his family started attending back in 2000, and he was a part of the youth group which he now leads. He also was the Assistant Youth Director to Rev. Eric Schwartz for a brief time before heading out to El Paso, Texas to learn from Pastor Charles Nieman’s Faith Master’s Commission Bible program. Russell has over ten years of experience working with youth in environments ranging from churches to juvenile corrections and mental health facilities. Married in 2014, and together since 2005, Russell and his beautiful wife Rachael are excited to see what God has in store for them and the youth of HOTRFC.


  • Brian Gillispie

    Creative Arts Director

    Brian serves as the Creative Arts Director for HOTRFC after relocating to Wind Gap all the way from Lubbock, TX! He attended South Plains College as a Commercial Music major and has been involved in worship ministry for over a decade. His goal is to share the hope found in Christ Jesus to all people, because EVERYONE MATTERS! He is a huge baseball fan (Go Cardinals!) and enjoys reading, songwriting and exploring with his Australian Shepherd, Dixie!


     

  • Judy Petrow

    Facility Presentation Supervisor/ Women's Ministry Director

    My favorite scripture is (Joshua 24:15) As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.  I love serving My Lord and Savior.  Pastor Jim & I have been married since October 21st 2011.  I’m so blessed to have a Godly husband and I’m honored to be standing by his side and fulfilling God’s calling on our lives. In my free time I enjoy being with Jim and our 3 dogs, Kainos, Zoe & Oreo.  My favorite movies include Working Girl, You Got Mail and Sleepless in Seattle.  I also enjoy listening to, Joyce Meyer, Pastor Ed Young Jr, Pastor Robert Morris and Dr. Bill Winston. 

  • Markie Ribera

    Children's Ministry Director

    Markie has been apart of the HOTR family since she was a child! She has served as an assistant to the Children’s Director and now is serving as the Children’s Director. She is married to Carlos and they have three beautiful children!  Markie loves children and loves sharing the love of God to the children of HOTR! 

  • Kathy Antoniello

    Director of Seeds of Faith Preschool

    Kathy Antoniello  has served as the Director of Seeds of Faith Preschool (“SOF”) since March 2010.  Miss Kathy has been the Lead Teacher in SOF’s pre-kindergarten class since 2007.  Prior to joining the HOTRFC and SOF team, she was a stay at home mom.  For over 15 years, Miss Kathy lead the Parent Teacher Association (“PTA”) and held various roles in her children’s education.  Miss Kathy loves children and feels honored and privileged to serve as the Director of SOF.

  • Cindy Barrovecchio

    Accounting

    Cindy Barrovecchio considers it an honor to serve as Head of the Accounting Department, which she has done since January 2008. She has also led the First Contact Ministry since 2005, greeting family members and visitors as they arrive for service. Cindy has valuable experience that includes being a stay at home Mom for her two sons and many years in the Banking industry. She is also co-founder and Vice President of CAPO Leadership Consulting.Cindy and her husband Michael have been married since 1981. They have added Cooper and Zeke, their two Golden Doodles, to the family. Cindy has various creative outlets and interests. She loves arts and crafts, drawing, pottery, and projects with her 5 grandchildren.
