Alive
Alive Teen Ministry is passionate about the emotional and spiritual welfare of teenagers. Our Wednesday night services are dedicated to teaching ages 12-18 about Gods love and how to apply His Word to the challenges that are unique to 21st Century teens.
Altar Workers
Is a group of compassionate congregants that are dedicated to offer prayer-support for those in need, following the end of each service.
Childrens Ministry
Church should not be boring because God is not boring! If we are to communicate the message of an empowered life to children, we must communicate it in a language they understand. At House on the Rock Family Church Children’s Ministries we utilize Holy Spirit directed ministry and creative lessons that are facilitated by 21st-century technology and methods. Our anointed team creates an environment that is culturally in sync with kids. There are many voices vying for the hearts and minds of children today, and as a children’s ministry our highest value is partnering with parents to equip their children to become world changers through the power of Holy Spirit
Food Prep
To prepare refreshments and food for gatherings of our church family and to provide a time and a place for fellowship and support for the people who attend those events.
Ethos
Ethos is a group of 18-30 somethings that strive to be more than just Christians; we want to be followers of Christ that live Jesus’ character each day. We gather every other week in the Pavilion here at the church to discuss how we can live a Christ-like ethos, and as the book Hebrews says: “think(ing) of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.”
Evolve
The purpose of Evolve is to help those in the family of House on the Rock to fulfill the last mandate of Jesus to become and make disciples. This is accomplished through in depth teachings that will help its participants grow in their faith and become more like Jesus. Some topics covered are “Defending the Faith”, “Transformation-Learning Spiritual Disciplines”, “Saved-A Study of the Book of Romans”.
Foundations
Comprised of a group of people that are dedicated to partner with those that have recently become a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, and help them walk in this new life of faith.
Freedom in Christ
Freedom in Christ is a small group dedicated to help those that are struggling with addictions overcome them not only through the 12 step program format, but also through support and overall the Word of God.
Greeters
Greeters is a group of House on the Rock “family” members who are committed to make all who walk through our doors feel welcome as part of our family.
Guides
Endeavors to create the most enjoyable and comfortable experience for those who attend and visit House on the Rock Family Church. This is done by showing everyone that walks on to the church the love of God and providing world-class service from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
Hospitality
House on the Rocks Hospitality group caters to those that are first time attenders and guests by creating a safe and welcoming environment, where a guest can feel free to answer any questions about our church and its ministries.
Information Center
The Information Center is centrally located to provide House on the Rock family members with up to date info on our ministries and events.
Sermon Media Production
An avenue for those to be involved in an area of the church whose sole purpose and passion, is to get the Word out through the most up to date media outlets such as CD, DVD and podcasts.
Men of Boldness
This small group endeavors to encourage men to be better men in the eyes of God and their family, through discussion and instruction in the Word of God.
Needs and Seeds
Needs and Seeds exists to provide an opportunity to share a need or offer assistance to those in our church family.
Partners
Partners is our married couples ministry whose purpose is to build relationships between couples in our church through not only instruction, but fun-filled activities.
Quest
Quest is House on the Rocks Junior High ministry that meets during both services on Sunday morning whose purpose is to provide young people with practical and Godly advice on how to overcome those challenges that are facing teenagers today.
Selah Coffee Bar
The Selah Coffee Bar exists to provide quality coffee and refreshments, while at the same time being avenue to help fund House on the Rock Missions.
Seniors for Christ
Seniors for Christ is a small group of our 55+ congregants who meet on a monthly basis for fellowship and discussions in the Word of God.
Ushers
Our ushers are passionate about ensuring an orderly, safe and organized experience for all those who attend our services.
Women of Purpose
Our purpose is to provide the women of House on the Rock with an avenue to experience the love of God through relevant teachings, encouragement and support.
Worship Team
Being part of the Music Ministry is more than simply singing or playing an instrument. It is an opportunity and a privilege to serve our God with the gifts and talents He has provided; to not only give worship and praise through lyrics and chords, but to truly foster an environment where God’s people can freely thank God and exalt Him through the gift of music.
